AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with ambitious plans for growth. Currently, we operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and we are gearing up to ramp up operations at two exciting ventures - the high grade Blue Spec Gold and Antimony Project and the Nullagine Gold Project. About the role We are looking for a skilled Medic & Emergency Services Officer to join our team at the Nullagine Gold Project from the very start of operations. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a start-up site, helping to build the culture, systems and safety standards from day one. This role is offered on a 15 days on, 13 days off roster, FIFO from Perth. Responsibilities Provide pre-hospital medical treatment and first aid in line with scope of training and site protocols. Administer medications and treatments within scope and under authorised protocols. Demonstrate proficiency in all clinical skills, including primary and secondary assessments, first aid, CPR, AED use, trauma care, and emergency treatment protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records. Maintain and operate site medical facilities and equipment. Conduct injury management and return-to-work coordination. Demonstrate competency in all ESO core skills, including but not limited to emergency response procedures, equipment handling, and incident management. Respond promptly and effectively to all on‑site emergencies, including fire, medical, rescue, and hazardous material incidents in accordance with site emergency procedures. Maintain a state of operational readiness at all times, including personal PPE, vehicles, and emergency equipment. Participate in and lead emergency drills and scenario‑based training activities. Adhere to all site safety policies, medical protocols, and legal compliance obligations. Support site safety initiatives and risk management processes. Qualifications Certificate IV in Health Care or equivalent. Cert III in Mines Rescue, Cert III in Emergency Response and Rescue, or equivalent. Current First Aid, Advanced Resuscitation, and CPR certifications. Drug and alcohol testing qualification. Team player, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure. Previous experience in mining, oil & gas or remote operations preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a close‑knit team. Benefits Competitive salary + incentive bonuses.
