This is a unique opportunity to work across diverse rail infrastructure projects, providing expert asset management and maintenance advice. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions that meet safety, quality, and performance standards. What you will be involved in: Lead operational & maintenance needs analysis using Life Cycle Cost (LCC) modelling. Support system requirements, testing, and validation activities. Provide technical input across asset lifecycle and bid/project delivery. Develop standards, procedures, and training materials. Ensure quality and timely delivery of technical reports and solutions. Experience & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in the rail industry and understanding of railway infrastructure assets. Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area, or extensive experience. Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong stakeholder engagement and report writing skills. Ability to translate client needs into practical solutions. Excellent IT proficiency, including MS Office. Experience of using Enterprise Asset Management Systems (such as Ellipse, Maximo, SAP) in the rail sector is an advantage. Membership of relevant professional body. Experienced in engineering management in a safety critical industry. Asset Management Qualifications. Sound interesting?
