Social and Content Manager (Social, PR and Influencer) Base pay range: A$82,000.00/yr – A$82,000.00/yr Hybrid role – offices based in Hawthorn. WHO WE ARE? You will take ownership of organic social , creating engaging content across Instagram and TikTok and managing the content calendar while staying flexible for reactive trends. You’ll facilitate influencer marketing campaigns , from sourcing and negotiating with talent to tracking performance and building relationships, and leverage UGC to amplify brand storytelling. You’ll manage PR activities , including media outreach, press releases, and campaigns to raise brand awareness. Strong video editing skills are essential, as you’ll be creating and editing video content for social channels. You’ll also support paid social campaigns where needed, analyse social performance, draw insights, and report on growth, engagement, and ROI. YOU WILL NEED... 1+ years’ experience in organic marketing Strong skills and passion for copywriting and content creation A creative mindset , able to lead and develop the content calendar Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategy , including rates and negotiations Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal The desire to take a brand’s social presence to the next level Ability to analyse social performance data and draw actionable insights NICE TO HAVE... Fashion or lifestyle brand experience Experience in eCommerce or affiliate marketing Industry‑relevant certifications TO BE CONSIDERED...
