Our in‑house product design team is influenced by the latest global fashion trends and launches all of Oscar Wylee’s new products. About The Role We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded and creatively driven Product Manager to join our Product team. This is a permanent role that will work closely with the Head of Product and Fashion Creative. You’ll own the full product lifecycle from trend analysis and creative development to launch execution and post‑launch insights. Responsibilities Contribute to concept development for new collections. Conduct analytical and visual category reviews to identify new product opportunities and help grow our range, sales and profit. Manage a portfolio of 600+ SKUs, including lifecycle decisions, pricing reviews, forecasting and margin analysis, and support commercial decision‑making through strong numerical insight. Oversee the full product development critical path, ensuring samples, approvals and milestones stay on track. Lead new product launches across the business, coordinating with Marketing, Retail, Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution. Review marketing collateral, photography and in‑store materials to ensure accuracy and strong commercial alignment. Analyse post‑launch data to identify product performance and inform future strategy. Assist with the art direction and production of regular in‑house photoshoots for OOH campaigns – managing shot lists, styling direction, casting coordination, production schedules and collaboration with photographers, agencies and internal teams to deliver high‑quality campaign assets. Maintain stringent quality control and inspection from the initial samples to finished products. About You Bachelor of Business or similar relevant qualification Minimum 7 years experience in product development, brand management, buying or merchandising Experience in fashion, optical, retail or e‑commerce (highly desirable) Strong analytical skills, including interpreting sales data, forecasting and pricing analysis Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently A strong eye for product, trends, design detail and quality inspection. A good understanding of end‑to‑end production and quality control process Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills High attention to detail and confidence operating independently Ability to work under high pressure and handle multiple priorities If you are interested in joining a growing global network of optometry service providers please apply.
