The Company Operating for more than 20 years around the globe and specialising in Private Jet hire, Cargo and Commercial planes, this first-class private travel business is a market leader in their field. With a unique position in the Australian market, there is now an opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join the team in a newly created role due to growth. The Role Reporting to the Director, you will also be supporting the office with general office administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include : Organising and coordinating team events Arranging any travel requirements for the office and producing itineraries Sending activity reports globally Ensuring all stock is up to date Meeting room management Managing initiatives Printing and filing Coordinating meetings and arranging any relevant paperwork Minute taking Collecting data and information for senior meetings IT assistance The Candidate Present with an upbeat and enthusiastic approach to administration Customer service / administration experience is preferable – retail and hospitality welcomed Curious to build their career in administration skills Exceptional communication skills The Benefits Work from home flexibility following probation Work within a close knit team Conveniently based in the Sydney CBD To find out more about the role, or for a confidential discussion contact Arabella Favetti on . #J-18808-Ljbffr
