As 2IC to the Head of Technology Procurement, you’ll sit at the heart of a high‑performing team that drives value, innovation, and transformation across Tabcorp. Your key focus will be partnering with senior leaders and global technology vendors to shape strategy, drive commercial outcomes, and maximise the impact of Tabcorp’s largest technology investments. Responsibilities Lead strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for Tabcorp’s most critical technology vendors Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned to enterprise and transformation goals Oversee end-to-end commercial lifecycle management across major technology and transformation contracts Optimise vendor performance through governance frameworks, SLAs, KPIs and scorecards Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, contract variations, and complex commercial arrangements while ensuring compliance with governance, risk and regulatory requirements Provide executive‑level insights, reporting and commercial recommendations Critically, you will also mentor, guide and provide leadership across Procurement—uplifting capability, increasing engagement and stepping in to lead the team where required.
