About The Team And Role We’re building a fast‑paced, innovative team in Australia that brings live‑shopping to a new audience. As an Onboarding & Activation Manager, you will guide new sellers through their first steps – from intake and training to technical setup and show readiness – ensuring they’re equipped for success. What You Will Accomplish Coach sellers on all aspects of live selling: from assortment and innovative show‑ideas to on‑camera performance and audience engagement. Guide sellers through the onboarding journey from intake to first stream. Conduct live training webinars and onboarding sessions to educate sellers on tools, setup, and policies. Support sellers with technical setup, store readiness, and compliance. Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure sellers progress through each milestone on time. Collaborate cross‑functionally with BD, Live Ops, GCX, and Category to resolve issues and streamline onboarding. Deliver a seller experience that builds confidence, trust, and excitement for live selling. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. 4+ years of experience in a commercial or category management role. Solid analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Clear and concise communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate on cross‑functional teams. Strong ability to gather and analyse data to form insights and recommendations. Experience working on marketplaces, live streaming or social platforms preferred.
