About the Role The Library Support Officer provides the Library service with a wide range of business functions and supports the work of the Libraries team to achieve the services operational and strategic objectives in line with the Council Plan, Municipal Health & Wellbeing Plan and Library Strategy. Reporting to the Team Leader - Libraries the core responsibilities include: Support the delivery of library services through efficient business, administrative and operational tasks. Coordinate accurate data, records, and reporting to enable effective service delivery and decision‑making. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build positive relationships and enhance service outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing systems and processes to ensure operational excellence. About You Demonstrated experience in business support, administration, customer service or a related field. Experience in supporting operational service delivery with a focus on improving community outcomes and stakeholder collaboration. Ability to work with data and figures to produce accurate reports, manage finances and high‑quality analysis.
