Overview Marketing Manager (90M ) Werribee, Melbourne, Australia Salary: AUD - AUD per annum + super, hybrid, flexible I'm currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a leading industrial organisation located in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Marketing Manager will lead our marketing strategy within a key industry. The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. You will manage digital campaigns, product launches, content creation, trade shows, and strategic partnerships. We're looking for someone with 3-5+ years of experience in marketing and associated functions. A tertiary qualification relevant to the role or significant practical experience is required. You should have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, technical products, and customer segmentation, as well as a creative flair for content creation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Drive lead generation campaigns and conduct market research. Oversee brand development and consistency across all platforms. Plan and manage events, trade shows, and product launches. Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI and performance metrics. Maintain and optimize the company\'s digital presence (SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM). Key Skills & Qualifications Proven Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in marketing and associated functions. Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and CRM platforms. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques with an analytical mindset for reporting and optimization. Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative: Creative flair and hands-on content creation experience.
