Role Description This is a casual, remote role for a Support Worker at Lets Get Away Support Services. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to participants, assisting with their daily tasks, and ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. You will foster a supportive environment, uphold safeguarding standards, and contribute to participants’ personal and social development. You may also provide guidance in technical or administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Experience as a Support Worker and a commitment to providing empathetic, individualized care to participants Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships Knowledge of safeguarding principles and the ability to ensure safety and well-being Technical support skills and adaptability with basic technology and administrative tools Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining professionalism and reliability Relevant certifications or training in support services or related fields is a plus Enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Other Industry Personal Care Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
