Key Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders accurately using NetSuite (ERP). Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Support sales with artwork, proofs, and order documentation. Assist with dispatch and fulfilment, including coordinating couriers and occasional site deliveries. Maintain accurate records and attention to detail across all admin processes. Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with repeat and new clients. Work collaboratively with the State Manager and the wider team to ensure smooth operations. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an office-based, sales admin, or customer service role. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite is highly regarded, but not essential). Willingness to step in and help where needed – from admin tasks to dispatch runs. Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a small team. Why Join Tuffa Products? Competitive salary package. Monday‑Friday hours with a stable 38‑hour work week (8am – 5pm). Opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing team. Varied, hands‑on role with a mix of office and customer‑facing tasks. Work for a company with a strong reputation in the mining and industrial sectors. Be part of a culture that values reliability, teamwork, and getting the job done. If you're ready to bring your admin and customer service skills into a role with variety, responsibility, and direct impact, we'd love to hear from you. To be considered, please send your CV and a brief cover letter addressed to Emily Wheeldon (Recruitment Manager) explaining why you're the ideal fit for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
