About the Role We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and drive the strategic success of Narrabeen Glades Care Community. What You’ll Do Provide inspirational leadership to clinical and non-clinical teams, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture. Be fully accountable for the care community’s performance across care quality, financial results, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through effective processes and your dedicated leadership team. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a service-driven environment (aged care, health, hospitality, or community sectors). A natural ability to inspire, engage, and develop teams, creating a culture where people can be their best. A strong commercial and financial acumen, paired with an unwavering passion for delivering exceptional quality care. Exceptional communication skills and a visible, hands‑on leadership style. A deep understanding of quality frameworks, regulatory standards, and risk management.
