Overview Proposal Specialist at GHD. Join to apply for the Proposal Specialist role at GHD. This role focuses on developing high quality, compliant proposals in collaboration with technical teams across Energy & Resources, Environment, Property & Buildings, Transport and Water. You’ll be an integral member of the NSW / ACT Proposal Hub, focusing on bids and proposals in a collaborative, inclusive and diverse environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals. Drive proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Lead and facilitate bid workshops, reviews, and manage bid action plans. Highlight the GHD difference and challenge bid teams to develop compelling proposals. Work across the winning work lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post-submission activities. What you will bring 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional services, construction or property industries. Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organization. A proactive, organized and outcomes-oriented approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable. Additional details Location: Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra or any NSW regional offices.
