The Role Join a highly respected Not-for-Profit that’s making a genuine impact across the community. This is a key leadership opportunity for a passionate Applications & Delivery Manager to take charge of a capable team of around 10 professionals , overseeing the successful delivery of critical applications and technology projects. What you’ll be doing: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary applications and delivery team, fostering a culture of, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee the and delivery of a range of business and technology initiatives. Partner closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organisational goals. Drive modernisation across systems and processes to enhance performance and reliability. Take ownership of resource planning, team performance, and delivery outcomes. Contribute to strategic technology discussions, with the potential to evolve into a Head of Technology or 2IC role in the future. What we’re looking for: Proven leadership experience within applications, delivery, or technology management. Strong background in resource planning, project delivery, and technology operations. A modern, people‑focused leadership style with a track record of developing high‑performing teams. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on delivery oversight.
