Job Description We currently have an exciting opportunity in our national Workplace Management Services (WMS) team on a fixed-term (12 month) basis, working alongside our client to create warm, memorable and seamless experiences for employees across multiple locations nationwide. As our Workplace Experience Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of assigned events and activations, including: Coordinating and planning activations in line with the Company's 'Workplace Experience Program' Managing communication for assigned activations through various platforms (SharePoint News, Viva, Signage) Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Collaborating with our local Workplace teams to ensure the successful execution of events and activations Supporting on key administrative tasks such as end-of-month and budget reporting The role operates on a Monday-Friday roster and encompasses a variety of responsibilities that will provide you with versatility, flexibility, opportunity and will provide you with significant career development opportunities. Qualifications As a collaborative and driven member of our WMS team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Experience in events, hospitality, administration, or workplace management roles Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments Results-oriented with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation, paying attention to detail. Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding sometimes priorities change. Thrives on teamwork, collaborating to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success.
