If so, we wantyou to join our team We are an award-winning theme park, proudly winning the Gold Prize for Best Value Theme Park for four consecutive years, and we’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer & Fitter to ensure our rides operate safely, smoothly, and spectacularly for every guest. Your Role: As part of our Engineering team, you’ll: Conduct routine and thorough maintenance of ride systems including tracks, vehicles, motors, brakes, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, and safety systems. Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring all mechanical and control systems meet OEM standards. Overhaul rides and attractions during scheduled maintenance, keeping every ride in peak performance condition. Test safety systems, emergency stops, and sensors, making sure every guest experience is thrilling and safe. Collaborate with electrical engineers, safety teams, and vendors to maintain and upgrade rides. Mentor apprentice engineers and fitters, sharing your knowledge and passion for mechanical excellence. Who You Are: Experienced in mechanical engineering, ride systems, or as a qualified fitter. Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of complex mechanical systems. Safety-conscious and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A team player, ready to contribute to a dynamic, award-winning environment.
