Community Transport Services Tasmania – Devonport TAS As a not‑for‑profit charitable organisation, CTST provides transport, home maintenance, social support, disability services and domestic assistance to older Tasmanians and individuals with health or mobility limitations. Operating statewide, we are supported by a dedicated workforce of 500 staff and volunteers, a fleet of over 100 vehicles and a clear mission: to ensure every Tasmanian can access high‑quality, reliable support to live well within their community. About the Role CTST is seeking a customer‑focused and detail‑oriented Intake & Assessment Officer to join our Quality, Safety & Risk team. In this pivotal role, you’ll conduct holistic assessments for eligible community members to support independent living, transport access and community connection. Reporting to the Intake & Assessment Manager, you’ll work closely with our Home Services and Passenger Services teams to manage enquiries and referrals and assess individual service delivery needs with professionalism and care. You’ll be the first point of contact for our service users, helping them navigate available supports in accordance with their referrals and ensuring their experience with CTST is positive and empowering.
