About the Role The Senior Coordinator Volunteer Capability and Sustainability is responsible for developing strategies and programs that contribute to securing a sustainable volunteer workforce for WA’s emergency services. The position undertakes projects and develops policies that contribute to organisational objectives related to volunteers and, supports implementation of initiatives that meet organisational outcomes including recruitment and retention and works to provide a foundation for volunteer sustainability in the emergency services.
