What You’ll Do Led All Pre-Opening Procurement Manage sourcing, purchasing and delivery of all OS&E materials, supplies and equipment Coordinator with contractors, designers, and department heads to finalise specification Ensure all items arrive on time, within budget and aligned with brand standards Build Supply Chain Systems from Scratch Set up the purchasing processes, vendor databases, and inventory management systems Establish ordering procedure, approval workflows, and stock control protocols with the Director of Finance Assist with the setup of the purchasing module in the PMS systems Control Costs and Ensure Quality Negotiate contracts and secure the best pricing for goods and services Implement const-control measures to support opening budgets and operational goals Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand requirements Manage Inventory & Logistics Oversee receiving, storage, issuing and stock rotation for all supplies Coordinate deliveries and receiving schedules to support construction and operational timelinesEnsure accurate records, stock levels, and documentation for all materials Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance to ensure proper documentation, coding and auditing Partner with Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping and Operations to meeting their material need Train colleagues on procurement systems, inventory handling and SOPs Qualifications Who You Are Experienced in procurement, materials management or supply chain-preferably in hospitality or large-scale operations.
