Volunteer at the 5K Foam Fest - East of Melbourne Make-A-Wish is once again the charity partner of the 5K Foam Fest, a foam-filled fun obstacle course running over 5km. We are looking for volunteers to support the event by running the bag and gear check‑in tent where participants can leave their personal belongings in return for a $5 donation to Make‑A‑Wish. Volunteer duties include bag checking and cash handling. Training: Full training will be provided on the day. No experience necessary. Event details: Wandin North: Saturday 24th January 2026, Wandin Park Estate, 305 Victoria Rd, Wandin North VIC Volunteer shifts available: Morning: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm Afternoon: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm All day: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm All volunteers must be aged 18 years or older. After completing a shift, you may participate in the event for free on the day of the event or receive a free ticket to a future event (morning shift) or a free run with the last wave (afternoon shift). For an all‑day shift you receive a free ticket to a future event. Responsibilities Check bags and gear at the check‑in tent. Handle cash donations and provide receipts. Assist participants and staff during the event. Qualifications Age 18 years or older. No prior experience required.
