Job Description We are looking for AHPRA Registered Psychologists who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Medicare clients via telehealth. This is a part‑time (1 to 4 days) remote role (with a potential of hybrid arrangement in the future). As a clinician working with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work‑related injuries, stress, pain management and other occupational issues. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients, while enjoying flexibility and autonomy and supported by a team that values wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals. Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers and employers to assist people to return to work and/or fully re‑engage with the community. Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards. Qualifications General Psychologist registered with AHPRA. Willingness to obtain relevant accreditations including NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and WorkSafe Victoria accreditations. Permanent residency in Australia. Passion for improving lives through work and health. Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients. Want to be part of a dynamic, social and hard‑working team.
