The firm is committed to fostering a respected and inspired workforce. About the Role We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our team in a hybrid work environment. This role is ideal for a law student with a strong interest in industrial and employment law and workplace discrimination. You will provide essential support across legal and administrative functions while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and inclusive setting. You will be working under the supervision of our Principal Solicitor, Laura Blandthorn. Key Responsibilities Conduct simple legal research. Assist with administration tasks, including document management. Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and clarity. Prepare client facing materials and respond to client enquiries. Skills and Attributes Proficiency in IT and willingness to learn new systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in employment law and workplace rights.
