Commercial Account Manager The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of 50–75 Mid‑Market accounts, owning the post‑sales lifecycle of customers through renewal and expansion. You’ll use Sitemate’s frameworks, playbooks, and operating principles to help customers find greater value through upselling and cross‑selling to our various products. Working closely with Customer Success, Account Executives, and Product, you’ll proactively identify opportunities to deepen adoption and commercial growth.
