Your coordination, communication and attention to detail will help our centres run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Working side-by-side with experienced Facilities Managers, contractors and a highly engaged client, you’ll gain exposure to real facilities operations and gain the ideal foundation for a long and successful career in property. What you’ll do Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management team Coordinate work orders, quotes, purchase orders and invoices through CBRE systems Maintain accurate compliance, safety and sustainability (ESG) records and reporting Assist with contractor onboarding, inductions and scheduling Support tenant communications, notices, signage and building updates Help manage emergency plans, testing schedules and document control Partner with CBRE and IFM Investors teams to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement What you’ll bring Previous experience in facilities, trades, administration, or coordination (or similarly transferrable skills) A genuine interest in facilities, safety, sustainability and building operations Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail A proactive, can-do attitude and confidence juggling competing priorities Passion for people, teamwork and delivering great outcomes Why join CBRE | IFM Investors On the IFM Investors account, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: the opportunities of a global brand paired with the collaboration and stability of an Australia-wide institutional investor.
