Llordan Diesel is seeking an experienced and motivated full time Office Manager/ Service Advisor to join our small team. About the Position We are looking for a driven individual to join the team and manage the daily operations of the office. This is a full time position, we are open Monday - Friday (no weekend work required). You will be responsible for scheduling bookings for repairs and services, invoicing, ordering parts for repairs, estimating repairs, and ensuring that all administrative work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The successful applicant should be a strong communicator and team player, with a passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong mechanical background, and experience within a similar role. The candidate will bring: Knowledge of vehicles and trucks Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and in writing An ability to work well under pressure and triage priorities Proven time management and organisational skills A technical mindset Core Role Responsibilities: Work with a small team of office staff and technicians Greeting customers, answering telephones, attending to queries Manage day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an efficient flow of work Completing customer invoices Receiving payment from customers via cash, Eftpos Processing estimates for repairs Ordering parts ensuring correct parts are ordered in a timely fashion Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships Manage communication between clients and internal staff The salary for this position is competitive and will be tailored to the candidate's experience, beginning at $75,000 + super per year.
