The Role Riverbar & Kitchen is looking for experienced casual Breakfast Chefs to join our talented brigade. Working in an exciting, fast paced kitchen, you will prepare ingredients, work across multiple sections, maintain a clean & organized kitchen, uphold HACCP and ensure high quality of product each service. With an early 6am start you will be first in the kitchen and be responsible for the breakfast service and assisting the team with setup for the day. Experienced Chef de Parties who have worked in top quality cafes, casual dining establishments or some of Brisbane’s most loved gastro pubs will hit the ground running. The kitchen caters to a steady flow of patrons, so experience working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen will set you up for success.
