Responsibilities Develop and maintain connections to various electronic trading venues, including exchanges, ECNs, and liquidity providers. Implement connectivity solutions using industry-standard protocols such as FIX, ITCH, OUCH, and proprietary APIs. Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure low-latency connectivity and minimal downtime. Provide technical support to traders, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for market access and connectivity. Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials for clients and internal teams on market connectivity solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in electronic trading or financial services, with a focus on market connectivity. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading protocols, and exchange connectivity. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with FIX or other trading protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for electronic trading.
