You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer‑focused team and will provide exceptional customer service to all our customers, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Duties include, but are not limited to: Overall management of service delivery to our Queensland Aviation sector clients Regular regional travel within Queensland and Northern NSW Ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations Identifying and converting revenue growth opportunities with existing clients and assisting with new client leads Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team and with stakeholders Driving cost efficiencies within the client profile Construction and preparation of monthly and quarterly client reporting Qualifications Prior aviation security industry experience and working knowledge of aviation security regulations and standards Exposure/understanding of aviation rostering Extensive experience in leadership and team management Business development experience Previous experience dealing with Industrial Relations and Industry Awards/Agreements Proven experience dealing with client contracts and/or tender submissions, including financial acumen Certificate II or higher in Security operations (desirable) Current QLD Security Licence (desirable) Current driver’s licence How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person.
