Bring your technical expertise and problem‑solving skills to a hands‑on role that blends IT administration, software development, and cybersecurity. We’re a small but growing business with several in‑house and client‑facing web applications. We operate a hybrid environment (on‑prem Windows Server 2012 + Microsoft 365 / Azure) and are transitioning to a cloud‑first model. We’re looking for a capable IT Administrator & Web Developer who can manage systems, support users, and help modernise and secure our technology stack. Full‑time | On‑Site / Hybrid About the Role You’ll be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting cloud services, and developing and maintaining business applications. This role suits someone who enjoys variety — switching between server management, coding, and cybersecurity initiatives, including our ISO 27001 certification journey. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Windows Server , Active Directory , Azure AD , and Microsoft 365 . Maintain and deploy ASP.NET Web Forms and WinForms applications. Manage IIS , SQL Server , backups, and endpoint security. Implement Essential Eight controls and assist with ISO 27001 compliance and evidence collection. Automate tasks and improve workflows using PowerShell . Provide responsive IT support to employees and clients. Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience with Windows Server administration , Active Directory , and Azure AD . Proficient in C# , .NET Framework , ASP.NET Web Forms , and WinForms development. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 , Exchange Online , and hybrid environments. Good understanding of IIS , SQL Server , networking, and security fundamentals. Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (Essential Eight, ISO 27001, SOC 2). Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Desirable Experience with ISO 27001 implementation or audit support.
