Multicultural Care is a leading not‑for‑profit organisation providing culturally sensitive home and community‑based support to older people, people with disabilities, and their carers. We are seeking a qualified and passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver evidence‑based exercise interventions to support clients with chronic conditions, disabilities, injuries, and preventative health needs. You will work closely with clients, carers, and other health professionals to create meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop tailored programs targeted at aged care clients and clients with a disability. Deliver safe and effective individual or group therapy sessions. Monitor progress and adjust programs based on client needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate client records and reporting in line with organisational and compliance standards. About You Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA. Strong understanding of chronic disease management, rehabilitation, and preventative health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current First Aid, CPR, and NDIS screen check (or willingness to obtain). Experience in NDIS, aged care, or community health (highly regarded but not essential). #J-18808-Ljbffr
