The Role As a Sales/Business Development Manager, you'll gain hands‑on experience in the renewable energy sector, working closely with our sales and marketing teams. You'll learn how to identify leads, engage with customers, and promote our cutting‑edge solar solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist in lead generation and customer outreach. Support the sales team with proposals and quotations. Learn about solar products and services to confidently communicate with clients. Attend site visits and client meetings with senior sales staff. Valid driver's licence required for attending site visits and client meetings. Maintain CRM records and follow up on inquiries. What We're Looking For Passion for sustainability and renewable energy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools). A positive attitude and team spirit. 1-2 years minimum sales experience required. Solar/renewable energy industry experience required. Full Australian working rights required.
