Why You’ll Love Working With Us Be part of a growing and expanding business Excellent work–life balance Learn deeply about craft beer and wine from production to service A chance to see your ideas come to life A supportive, fun, and passionate team within a unique large venue and grounds What You’ll Be Doing Leadership & Operations Assist in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring smooth service across a large, high-volume site Lead from the front with a hands‑on approach Maintain exceptional venue presentation and customer service standards Team Management Support recruitment, training, coaching, and development of a large, diverse team Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performance culture Deliver product training, especially around craft beer and wine Stock & Compliance Assist in ordering, stock control, stock rotation, and supplier coordination Manage wastage and maintain accurate stock levels Ensure licensing, safety, and operational compliance is upheld Business Performance Support the improvement of KPIs, including labour costs, stock efficiency, and overall profitability Contribute to business growth initiatives, promotions, and events Identify opportunities to enhance sales and elevate the guest experience Customer Experience Resolve issues with professionalism and confidence Create memorable experiences that keep people coming back What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role Experience in high-volume venues and managing large teams Valid Approved Manager’s Card (or ability to obtain) Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills Excellent customer service and leadership abilities Passion for craft beer, hospitality, and continual learning Ability to stay calm, confident, and solutions focused under pressure Additional Info Must live locally or be willing to relocate Temporary accommodation may be available for the right candidate RSA and Approved Manager certification required #J-18808-Ljbffr
