Overview Our client is a pioneer in composite decking and continues to be a leader in the industry with innovative and sustainable solutions for outdoor living. As the worlds largest manufacturer of wood alternative decking, its products are made with over 95% recycled materials combining performance with environmental responsibility. Role Overview We\'re seeking an Oceania Sales & Market Manager to drive growth across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. This is a high-impact role focused on building strong distribution networks, identifying new opportunities, and elevating brand presence in a dynamic region. Key Responsibilities Lead regional sales strategy and deliver growth targets Expand our footprint by securing new partners, dealers, and contractors Drive product adoption across retail, trade, and pro dealer channels Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform strategy Collaborate with architects, designers, and developers to build specifications Support and enable partner sales teams through training and joint marketing Represent the brand at tradeshows, industry events, and digital platforms Qualifications 5–10 years of sales experience in building materials, outdoor living, or construction Proven success in channel sales and specification development Strong regional knowledge of Australia & New Zealand markets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM tools Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working remotely or in hybrid setups Additional Information Willingness to travel across Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands (40–50%) This is more than a sales role—it's a chance to shape market strategy, build lasting partnerships, and represent a brand known for innovation and sustainability.
