click herePlay a key role in coordinating and shaping non-financial risk reporting and the Risk Management Group's Risk Committee, as part of our Business Operational Risk Management team which is a Line 1 risk team focused on non-financial risks in the Line 2 risk function.What role will you play?You will shape our internal non-financial risk reporting and prepare reports for the Risk Committee, involving collaboration with key stakeholders, overseeing specific deep dives, and supporting the Lead Business Operational Risk Manager and Secretary. You will leverage your experience in analysing operational risk to provide Senior Management with insights and foresight, drive the development of new metrics that allow us to objectively assess our risk against target (such as Key Risk Indicators or Control Performance Indicators) and oversee delivery of existing risk profile reports to the Risk Management Group divisions.At Macquarie, we are working to create lasting value for our communities, our clients and our people.
