Operations Coordinator – ForHealth Group ForHealth is one of Australia's largest primary healthcare providers, committed to accessible, patient‑centred care. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the Head of Operations and regional leadership teams across key state initiatives, GP retention, business development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, improving systems, building culture, and driving outcomes across multiple medical centres. About the Role As the Operations Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of the state operational strategy, contributing to GP retention, revenue diversification, performance improvement, and the successful delivery of key organisational initiatives. You’ll work closely with Practice Managers, Business Managers, Medical Directors and regional teams—coaching, guiding and empowering them to deliver high‑quality operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Operations with state strategy execution, operational planning and key initiatives Assist in developing and delivering the Joint Business Plan and maintaining the state operating rhythm, including risk identification Drive operational excellence by improving systems, processes and centre performance across multiple sites Support the rollout of organisational initiatives (e.g., IT upgrades, SOP implementation, public health programs) Identify and grow key revenue streams, analyse financial performance and recommend improvements Partner with regional and business development teams to expand new and existing service opportunities Coach and mentor Practice Managers and Business Managers to develop capability and leadership Help build a positive culture and identify training needs, development opportunities and key talent Support GP retention by developing engagement strategies and building strong relationships with top‑tier GPs Provide operational oversight to selected medical centres as required Uphold Workplace Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance across all centres About You 5+ years' experience in operations, ideally in healthcare, service, retail or multi‑site environments Tertiary qualification in Business or similar (preferred) Strong planning, organisation and time‑management skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder management Experience analysing data, solving problems and driving outcomes Leadership capability—able to coach, mentor and influence Comfortable working across multiple sites with competing priorities Why Join ForHealth?
