About the role Since 1973, Birdcage Bar at Wrest Point has been a premier nightcap in Hobart, offering exciting cocktails, live music, high tea or a cosy lounge experience. Responsibilities Support the Bars Manager and work closely with the bar team to ensure every guest enjoys high‑quality, professional service. Take charge of planning and running bar operations, managing stock, and assisting with staff training and development. Qualifications Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role. Strong cocktail knowledge and exceptional food & beverage skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, train, and motivate a busy team. Positive attitude, adaptability, and proactive problem‑solving. Current Tasmanian RSA accreditation. Note: This role may be subject to pre‑employment and ongoing screening checks.
