As the Executive Support Officer, you will provide a high level of confidential executive secretarial and administrative support to meet the functions of the directorate in the coordination and delivery of QFD integrated services across the state. Responsibilities Organising and coordinating meetings, workshops, conferences, travel and accommodation, and other events, including applicable protocol arrangements and supporting documentation Preparation and quality assurance of correspondence, reports, letters, ministerial and briefing notes, presentations, speeches, agenda and minutes Maintaining knowledge of relevant department and whole-of-government policy and procedures Liaise and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to support key processes, procedures and delivery of unit outcomes. What You Will Bring Ability to solve problems and implementing solutions with a set time frame. Experienced in setting priorities and monitoring workflows to manage the functions of human resource and finance administration, records and database management, and provide secretariat duties as required. Responsible for the coordination and control of correspondence to liaising with internal and external clients and stakeholders on matters requiring direction, information or functional support. Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
