Location Full time, office based at 52 Martin Place Sydney, Sydney – Location: Sydney CBD. What you bring You have the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast, high‑pressure environment and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. You are an excellent communicator, have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You have the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. You are adaptable, resilient and agile and strive for continuous improvement. You have a working knowledge of the NSW Government with an understanding of the political environment being highly desirable. Key responsibilities Manage the Minister's diary and schedule and ensure the Minister's diary and other disclosure obligations are adhered to. Manage event and meeting requests with key stakeholders. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Minister and staff as required. Ensure the smooth running of the office including provision of stationery and consumables. Work with Departmental Liaison Officers and advisers to respond expeditiously to phone calls and correspondence from members of the public and Members of Parliament. Manage meeting room diaries and set up. Support the Minister and office with other tasks as required. Salary range To be negotiated.
