As our Business Development Manager (Property Management) , you’ll play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the rent roll. This position is focused on generating new business through securing property listings, converting leads into long-term managements, and proactively leasing properties to maintain low vacancy rates. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and consistently achieving or exceeding departmental growth targets. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with a results-driven approach will be key to your success in this role. About the Role As our Business Development Manager (Property Management) , you’ll play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the rent roll. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and consistently achieving or exceeding departmental growth targets. What You’ll Do Manage all new business enquiries and convert leads into long-term managements Conduct rental appraisals, present proposals and sign new management agreements Build strong relationships with owners, ensuring timely communication and outstanding service Coordinate leasing activities including open homes, private viewings and application processing Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly reporting on activity and results Ensure all compliance requirements, documentation and agreements are completed correctly Work closely with Property Managers to ensure smooth handover and strong client retention What You’ll Bring Proven ability to prospect, convert leads and meet growth targets Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presentation Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Confidence in conducting appraisals, negotiating outcomes and delivering high-quality service A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to team culture Why Join Us?
