Responsibilities Oversee a national team of Account Coordinators to provide support, structure, and coaching for Sales teams with Real Estate Developer clients. Set up digital & print marketing campaigns and perform general account/admin tasks. Roll out structure, processes and a positive can-do culture through performance tracking, weekly meetings and team recognition. Communicate with Sales stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and action feedback to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Act as an escalation point for complex customer needs; oversee admin support (proposals, client correspondences, case studies and reports). Encourage cross-skilling and knowledge sharing; optimise team capacity and ensure fair allocation of work while adhering to service level agreements. Develop onboarding, training programs and coaching for long-term career progression within the team; hire for new roles as the team grows. Our Ideal Person ESSENTIAL: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college. Strong people manager experience with a highly confident style. Experience managing interstate / remote team members. Great communicator who thrives in front of customers and stakeholders. Can-do attitude and readiness to be hands-on in all areas. Adept at identifying opportunities for process improvements. Full working rights for a full-time permanent position. NICE TO HAVES: Industry experience in digital advertising / marketing with an understanding of Ad-Ops functions. Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar team support / admin function.
