What You’ll Do Own end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for initiatives that matter to customers. Collaborate with cross‑functional squads to design solutions that address customer pain points and deliver measurable outcomes. Apply our CBA product principles: Customer obsession – deeply understand customer needs and behaviours Rapid experimentation – validate ideas quickly through data and prototypes Outcome‑driven roadmaps – prioritise impact over output Scalable thinking – design for growth and adaptability Champion modern product practices, including discovery, design thinking, and AI‑enabled tools. Build capability within your chapter through mentoring, coaching, and skills‑led career conversations. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in product management within tech‑driven environments (e.g., SaaS, cloud, fintech). Strong leadership skills with a track record of building exceptional teams. Advanced capability in critical thinking, adaptability, and influencing. Familiarity with agile delivery, human‑centred design, and AI literacy. A passion for understanding customer needs and turning insights into impactful solutions.
