As an Account Executive, you’ll sharpen your stakeholder management skills, grow your technical capability, and play a key part in delivering campaigns that perform. You’ll be supported by an Account Manager and wider investment team, with the opportunity to learn, contribute and progress as you take on more ownership. Your scope will include: Executing campaign activations in line with internal implementation plans Tracking, optimising and reporting on campaign performance across all media Delivering accurate final buys, rate negotiations and budget management Loading bookings, checking confirmations and ensuring data accuracy in BCC Running weekly tracking reports and sharing insights with the team Assisting with quarterly added value reporting and monthly competitive reviews Supporting the Account Manager and Investment team with planning inputs Managing day to day holdings, material and campaign finance tasks Building strong relationships with media and creative partners What you’re looking for: A supportive and collaborative culture Clients who are open to suggestions and working progressively A role with genuine growth — working on varied campaigns with a supportive team Exposure across all media channels, tools and reporting systems The chance to sharpen buying fundamentals and learn from experienced leaders Opportunities to take ownership, develop confidence and contribute to team success What type of person will be successful in this role You’ll possess: 1-2 years’ media experience, with solid understanding of buying fundamentals Accuracy and attention to detail across data entry, reporting and delivery Confidence using core systems such as BCC and Microsoft Office (Nielsen and eTAM a bonus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure A proactive approach to time management and meeting deadlines Curiosity to learn, share insights and support the development of junior team members Ability to build relationships and represent the agency professionally Publicis Groupe benefits Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world’s most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
