Plant Process Worker

We are a global leader in advanced recycling technology, with our proprietary Cat-HTR™ platform being built commercially across the plastics and renewables sectors in Australia, the UK, Japan, South Korea and Canada. Cat-HTR™ is a breakthrough technology, using hot pressurised water (a process known as hydrothermal liquefaction) to convert a wide range of feedstocks, including biomass residues and end of life plastics, into a bio‑oil that enables the production of high‑value, low‑carbon products, such as Marine fuel & Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). It’s pioneering Australian technology for a lower carbon future. About the role As a Plant Process Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting the safe operation of our plant. You will be involved across the full operational cycle – from preparing equipment and feeds, to assisting during operations, and completing post‑run cleaning, reset, and handover activities. You’ll receive comprehensive training to operate plant equipment safely and confidently. You’ll also provide hands‑on mechanical support across the site, including minor troubleshooting, maintenance assistance, and other practical operational tasks. This is a hands‑on, dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a practical environment, and wants to contribute directly to plant operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. You’re confident working independently, take ownership of your tasks, and communicate clearly to keep the team aligned. You have strong technical and mechanical skills, ideally with experience in laboratory, mechanical, or process‑based environments – such as equipment servicing, chemical dosing, or process plant operations.
