Job Title Product Manager – Bulk CO2 Location North Ryde (NSW), Australia Employment type Full-time Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Job Function Product Management and Marketing Responsibilities Drive product excellence and operational impact across our CO₂ portfolio. Lead product management for Bulk and Cryospeed CO₂, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient supply to customers. Develop a deep understanding of costs, revenues and profitability for the portfolio. Proactively manage the asset stock position to enable growth and support the sales team in unlocking value from the market. Own the development and delivery of investment proposals, including capital expenditure papers for asset purchases. Champion product quality and compliance, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, especially in high‑compliance sectors such as food and beverage. Collaborate across commercial, operations and engineering teams to deliver strategic outcomes. Act as the key contact for product strategy, innovation and lifecycle management across the CO₂ business. Qualifications Proven experience in product management, preferably in industrial gases or related sectors. Analytical mindset focused on profitability, cost control and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to write and present capital expenditure proposals. Strong understanding of supply chain operations, asset management and investment planning. Knowledge of compliance standards in food and beverage or other regulated industries. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across commercial, engineering and operations teams.
