Employment Type: Part-Time (53.2 hours/fortnight), Fixed Term (March 2026 to February 2027) Salary: Grade 3 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About the role Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced dietitians for a 0.7 EFT temporary Grade 3 dietitian at New Footscray Hospital. Key responsibilities This role has an inpatient caseload in Gastroenterology, General Medicine and other smaller medical or surgical units. Occasional cover to other surgical and medical units will also be included. This role will have leadership responsibilities in General Medicine and Gastroenterology. It will involve a component of staff supervision, clinical upskilling and service development in liaison with the Western Health Nutrition manager. About you Several years of experience managing complex acute medical patients. Well-developed leadership skills. Highly developed communication and negotiation skills Competency in all areas of nutrition support. High degree of competency in student & staff supervision. Must have, or be currently eligible for, membership of Dietitians Australia.
