We're looking for a pragmatic, capable, commercially aware Senior HR Advisor who brings initiative, confidence, authenticity and calm to a busy, hands‑on function. What you'll be doing Make an impact across the full employee lifecycle: Partner & Advise Manage low- to medium-risk ER matters Support managers to apply consistent, compliant people practices Coordinate end-to-end recruitment Lead project-based hiring for new contracts and business growth Support workforce capability and early‑career initiatives Deliver Projects Be the operational lead on our HRIS/Payroll implementation Drive data migration, testing, training and documentation Embed new systems with managers and teams Keep HR Running Smoothly Ensure data accuracy and Award‑aligned payroll support Manage HR documentation, records and lifecycle processes Coordinate RTW programs, visas and reporting requirements What you’ll bring Expert knowledge of Fair Work, NES & Modern Awards Strong generalist HR grounding (5+ years) Experience in HRIS/payroll implementation Ability to work confidently in ambiguity Strong communication, influencing and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail and a practical, organised mindset Comfortable analysing HR/payroll data to create reports and insights Commercial awareness and sound judgement You will ideally have experience in a multi‑national, matrixed organisation and workforce development. Mental Health First Aid, HR qualifications and exposure to SAP SuccessFactors are also highly regarded. Why Join Us?
