We are currently seeking two energetic and motivated Casual Trade Desk Assistants to join our Brisbane-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the exciting world of precious metals and collectibles while working within a supportive and fast‑paced environment. About the Role This dynamic position offers broad exposure to sales, customer service, logistics, and compliance functions. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring smooth operational flow across the business. This is a client‑facing role where your people skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi‑task will shine. Key Responsibilities Assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email/live chat Maintain and update client databases and records Coordinate client metal collections and buybacks Process client orders through POS and trading systems Liaise with logistics team on order fulfilment and despatch Support company‑level compliance procedures Assist with reporting, data analysis, and product listing updates Contribute to special projects What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer service role Strong numerical, administrative, and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with ERP systems and stock management (advantageous) High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask A team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) Why Join Us?
