Exciting Opportunity: Youth Program Officer As our Youth Program Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our young people. Your primary mission will be to support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of youth-focused programs that resonate with community needs and strategic objectives. You will foster an environment of consultation and participation, empowering youth to have a voice in decisions that affect their lives. Based at Windsor Community Precinct, this fixed-term, part-time position offers the unique opportunity to engage directly with young people, community groups, and stakeholders. Your efforts will help create safe, inclusive, and engaging events and activities that inspire and empower the youth of West Tamar. Who We're Looking For We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about youth engagement and community development. If you have experience in delivering youth services and a knack for effective communication, we want to hear from you Proven experience in assisting with youth services, events, and activities. Willingness to work outside standard business hours, including weekends. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of connecting with a diverse range of stakeholders. Understanding of child safety frameworks and mandatory reporting requirements.
