Working alongside our Team Leader Youth Development and Youth Development Officers, you'll play a hands‑on role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality youth programs, activities and events for young people aged 12‑25 and their families. What a typical day will look like; Engage young people in activities, programs and events Support the development, delivery and evaluation of Nillumbik Youth programs, activities and events for young people aged 12 - 25 years of age. Provide direct support to young people through the provision of information and referral as required and in consultation with the Team Leader Youth Development. Provide casual support for other programs, activities and events as required by the organisation. What you will bring to the role; A post-secondary qualification in youth work or other relevant field e.g. social work or community services and/or experience working with young people. A valid and current Working with Children Check Demonstrated experience and knowledge in working with young people Why should you join us?
