This could be you… Your role : Working to your strengths, you will continue to create and build a compelling vision for the Power Tools portfolio. More specifically you will : Bring your experience, leadership and credibility to the forefront in setting and executingthe national strategic buying direction for the Power Tools portfolio Be pushing the boundaries of excellence by further introducing, developing, and executing first-class category plans, pricing, and product assortments including the development of exclusive branded products Be continually enhancing the value proposition that drives excellence in service and delivers strong sales and profit results Be providing leadership to the stores, developing and capitalising upon retailer and supplier relationships Be focused on growth and sustainability of the business through competitive and profitable promotions and complaint retailing standards Here’s what it will take : You are proven : You are an experienced, senior, accomplished and proven Category Manager, Product Manager or Buyer from either the Retail or Supplier side (or both) Category / Product experience : Power Tools, Hardware (or aligned) category / product management experience is a ‘nice to have’ however, not at all essential Your stakeholder and relationships management skills are ‘next level : ’ You have a natural ability to influence and engage a diverse internal and external stakeholder network.
